I have no idea what is happening here. Bestest is lying on top of Poopie, who is … spewing and shitting blood for no apparent reason?
Like, he’s not hurting him in any way. He’s just lying on top of him. If not for the smug expression, I’d say it’s a genuine (if crappy) hugging attempt. But maybe he just always looks smug? Is this a genuine hug attempt? What’s with the blood, or is that ketchup? Did Bestest see Poopie following a ketchup trail and full-body flop onto him?

Bestests are usually super fat and poopies are often small and starved so im guessing that the bestest lying on top is really heaavy and painful?

I … suppose that’s the closest thing to making sense? The pose for it is so weird, since he’s managed to lie on Poopie’s head and pull it back, and it’s only when he’s safely in position that Poopie vomits blood. The lack of noticable fatness difference between the two doesn’t help either (you can say Bestest has a fatter belly, but since his belly would logically be suspended in the air from that pose, my initial assumption was that it’s just loose fur hanging down).
I can see that being what they were going for at least, so mystery kinda sorta solved!
