I can’t stop thinking about popping micro-fluffies like pimples lol I think it would be so satisfying, like squishing them and seeing all the stuff come out, especially pregnant micros. Didn’t find anything and got frustrated so made it myself (also peep the awful attempt with ai)

Could you have the hand/human grab the blue one and pop her or essentially expell her organs out of her anus? The human can either genuinely feel bad for the soeckled micro OR just do mock sympathy and use it as an excuse to kill/pop the blue one.

Satisfying 
Blue unicorn has her own little prologue, starting from the full colour version, going top right, getting picked up and squeezed, ending with the ‘So satisfying 
’ in the middle right.
Speckled mare has a prologue starting with the full coloured version, then cycling through getting her teats squeezed through to giving birth and her admiring her babbehs (central image, under the blue unicorn).
The two stories then merge together in the bottom left with the speckled mare nursing and the now foal-less blue unicorn mare approaching her, leading to the assault and multiple infanticides in the bottom right corner.
