It’s a hollow pumpkin. Whether it’s felt or real I’d have to ask P3.

I actually like the idea of Fluffy ponies being based around Cartoon-Logic or having a high tolerance for wackier and sillier shenanigans.
That was a legend around where you live? The shaved ice truck just straight up offers that as an option.
