I’d love to see one that likes to pretend to be a horse all by itself, like some human kid may or may not have done a few decades ago.

How about this; a fluffy foal gets adopted by an actual horse, so takes on horse traits (behavior, language etc) while retaining its Fluffy nature. Would be interesting

That would be interesting. It would almost have to be a miniature horse, because full-sized horses are terrified of minis usually, and will straight-up devour mice, baby bunnies, etc. so its not likely a fluffy foal would survive meeting a full-sized horse. But some of those mini horses are so small that an adult fluffy might even think one to be an XXL or something similar.
