Why does Princess need an enfie pal in that position? I guess a stallion could use it but not a mare. The same goes for the milk-bag, as Princess looks too old to drink milk.

Hello! Despite its name is “Princess”, It is a male / stallion. Regarding the other question, he is one of those fluffies that still wanted “milkies” even when he was no longer a baby.
