One problem with the earlier Fluffy models is that the genes of many different creatures had been fairly successfully spliced, but the exact way in which they were expressed and to what level hadn’t yet been narrowed down. Dog and cat DNA was added in order to make them friendlier and loyal to humans, but this originally left some Fluffies with hunting instincts…
I tweaked Pumpkin’s design a lil bit, his lack of a neck was bothering me, so I gave him a neck, albeit a very short one.
