“6: For I say, this land will be given to you for all eternity. It be the place of my promise to you and those who come after you. (“This land” interpreted as the region of Chicago) 7: And in this land you will build a High Temple to thee. And if it’s authority questioned or desecrated, thy will be damned for eternity.”
[Verses from Book 5: Instructions, of the Sarnaian Atuin. Detailing the holiness of Chicago and it’s High Temple, especially putting emphasis on it’s authority]

[2 Years Later]

“X, Y and finally Z… Is that right order Uncle?”
Zachariah says to me, him seeming rather unsure as he rubbed the bottom his beak. Margaretta my Niece speaks, with the usual mocking and condescending tone.
“The M comes before the N idiot!”
I speak, quickly interjecting as it looks like Zachariah was going to start throwing insults back.
“Hey nao, nu nee’ to act wike that! Buh in aww sewiousness Xachawiah she am wite.”
They both give each other venomous looks, but it seems things had calmed. After thinking for a bit I speak, feeling rather generous.
“Auwucuw thinks that enough weawnin’ fo’ today, go enjoy dah summah.”
Both Zachariah and Margaretta begin rushing out of the school cabin, Zachariah speaking a high satisfaction.
“Finawwy!”
I chuckle and begin making my way out myself, it was a nice day after all.

Exiting the Cabin, the farm looked as great as ever. Crop fields that were in the mid of being harvested, the new silo under construction, and the of course the house my home. Thinking about this led me to a realization, it was about the 2nd anniversary of… No it was time to move on, a lot of things have changed these past 2 years, dwelling on the past won’t help. You got the big stuff like when David headed out to Inner Chicago, met and fell in love with Julia, and when he and her returned and David said he was getting married, the look on Windmer’s face! Oh course after that the twins were born, started raising some livestock, and of course my marriage to Evalyn. I’d never thought myself to lucky after all I had done and not done, to her to think of me the same way was the happiest moments of my life. For the first few months of me living and working here we spent together, her acting as a patient guide when I was at my most clueless. And for Windmer to allow it, with me being a fluffy and all and us incapable of raising children of our own. Windmer felt like just as much a fath- A guiding figure as others. I approach the house, Julia sitting outside and creating some sort of bead necklace. Once she notices me she speaks, going straight back to focusing on the jewelry.
“Windmer wanted to see you something important he said, he’s in the house.”
I head in, curious.

Going up into Windmer’s room, I see him looking over maps and marking areas. I speak, Windmer not hearing me enter.
“Pwannin’ on headin’ out soon?”
Windmer becomes a bit startled hearing my voice, him so invested. But the moment he sees me he quickly turn into his usual warmth, coming over to me with a smile and a pretty enthusiastic tone.
“Good your finally here! I must speak to you, nothing bad…”
I go and sit down, Windmer explains.
“Since the harvest is in full swing, soon to be over. I thought that when I go out to markets, that maybe instead of David or Saul, that… You could come! Think of it as a away trip, a chance to see the big city.”
Hearing this I am taken aback, speaking with a gleeful grin.
“That’s amazing, headin’ out!? Fank 'ou tent times obew!”
Both me and Windmer chuckle, after a moment he speaks seeming a tad more serious.
“Are my Grandchildren’s educations doing well?”
I speak.
“Aside fwom dah occasionaw mix-up, dey am witewate. Mawgawetta continues to-”
Windmer speaks, rolling his eyes.
“Zachariah already told me, again…”
I speak.
“Auwucuw am goin’ to go teww ebawyn, see 'ou watew!”

Making my way out of the house I decide to grab my scythe, it wouldn’t hurt to do some work once I got there. And making my way to the grain fields, I quickly spot Evalyn. Her long brimmed hat and light blue working robes easily being seen. (I wear also similar clothing, except the slightly darker blue robes and I had no hat on) We look at each other in the eyes and run with haste, embracing. Evalyn speaks.
“Thought you’d be in the school forever sweetie! You want to tell me something, or did you just want to come out here to see me…”
I speak, us both starting to collect grain.
“Auwucuw spoke wiff Windmah.”
“And?”
“He said that he wanted to take fwuffy awound sewwin’ ouw cwop, seww it in Innah Chicago maybe.”
Evalyn stops and speaks, the tone of her voice being pulled in multiple directions.
“Did you agree to go…”
I speak.
“Dewe wasn’t a wwitten agweement, buh yes pwobabwy.”
Evalyn speaks, letting out what was on her mind.

“Aurucul I don’t know if you should go.”
I speak, confused and a bit shocked.
“Why?”
“Because we’ve only been married a few months, and I feel like be barely spend time together. With all this work and you teaching the children, it feels so isolating!”
Evalyn begins giving a somber reflection. I go in and give her a hug, speaking.
"It’s onwy goin’ to be a monff ebawyn an’ Auwucuw thinks dah chiwdwen am witewate. Aftah that when faww an’ cowd time come, we’ww hab aww dah time we couwd ebah wan’.
Evalyn speaks again, more calmer but still apprehensive.
“What if someone recognizes you?”
I speak quickly.
“It won’t, we’we goin’ nowhewe neaw Hitchbin.”
After that we spent that next few hours finishing up the farm, making sure to get everything. During that time we spoke on a manner of things, mostly about our Niece and Nephew, the weather, or what we were going to do once fall arrives.

Now with the sun halfway down, it was time to head back inside. Evalyn speaking as we walked together back.
“You know Aurucul, I thought…”
“Thought what?”
Evalyn hesitates for a moment, than speaks.
“You’d make a good Father, a very good one. Have you ever thought about adopting a baby?”
A baby… Evalyn noticing my shocked reaction speaks again, giving some awkward chuckles.
“Think about it! Of course we don’t have to do it now, but maybe next year. Meet you inside.”
With that Evalyn heads in, I after a moment (A baby…) Went to go put the scythe away.

As I walked towards the equipment shed I looked up to the ever increasing stars, full moon. A Baby, A Baby… As I make it there I was about to put it down when I heard something coming from the grain field, ruffling. I nearly drop it from the shock, was it a critter? I shout out.
“Shoo, Shoo!”
The ruffling continues and I decide to walk over to see what it was, speaking.
“Dabid? Sauw? Chiwdwen?”
At that moment I walk into the grain field, finally seeing what had caused the noise. Infront of me was black shadowy figure in the shape of a fluffy, it clear as day what they were doing, stealing! I shout at them, raising my scythe.
“Put that down nao Thief!”
The figure hearing my voice takes the grain they had gathered and begins to run, I following behind them. We ran into the forest, deeper and deeper. For a moment I thought about turning back, telling the others. But just than I saw the figure entering what looked to be some sort of small cave, it’s entrance protruding. I enter the cave, yelling out.
“Auwucuw knows whewe 'ou wibe, gib up nao thief!”
But just as I finished saying that I feel a bag at my hooves, it was the grains… Than as I was looking down a golden light began to fill the circular shaped cave, a voice I couldn’t describe speaking everywhere.
Aurucul, Aurucul” Fin
