Sometimes when I try to reply to a specific comment, my comment shows up as a regular comment instead with no link to the comment it’s referring to. Considering how other people seem to sometimes post similarly confusing replies without context I don’t seem to be the only one with the issue.
Is there a way to edit what a given comment is supposed to reply to?

Same happens to me, some times when I return to the post it shows who I was replying to
Replying to increase visibility of this Thread. I’ve noticed this happening with regularity.
I’ve started just deleting what I wrote and trying again until it works, best we can do at the moment.
This is why I’ve started to @ the person I’m replying to.
