Reverting fluffies to the chirpy stage is like tenderizing meat, it takes much skill to find balance. Go too hard and you get a mushy pulp of blood and viscera, go too soft and you have to put up with that “am gud fwuffy” shit. Like any high-class chef, an experienced abuser can make a profit from professional fluffy reverting services.

Would a Adult fluff who reverts to chirpy stage be classed as a Adult SBS if it was sent to say a daycare, would it get along with SBS fluffs and would it if sent to a chirpy area be area of how much bigger he is and potentially dangerous?

An adult fluffy that has regressed to the chirpy stage and an adult SBS fluffy are two entirely different disorders, yet I can understand the misconception due to similar symptoms.
The primary cause of SBS is an inability for a fluffy’s body to go through the hormonal changes of puberty. While a SBS fluffy’s body will go through the fluffy growth process, they will only be the physical size of an adult, not a true adult fluffy. Since their bodies never go through sexual maturity, they will biologically remain a chirpy foal their entire life.
Regression, unlike SBS, is solely a mental disorder similar to the Wan-Die Loop. Like the infamous Wan-Die Loop, Regression is the result of severe mental trauma or stress. Unable to process such experiences, the consciousness shuts down. Instead of breaking like the Wan-Die Loop, the consciousness goes through a “mental fail-safe” to preserve itself, reverting to a stage where it is unable to comprehend its surroundings, and thus live in ignorant bliss from the incomprehensible horrors that have scarred its soul.
Both SBS and Regression can be treated with the same approach, this is due to the necessary treatments catering to the chirpy-like behaviors both conditions display. While SBS fluffies biologically need the same requirements as a chirpy foal to survive, regressed fluffies are mentally incapable of performing the abilities of talkie foals and older stages, despite having all of the biological resources to do so. It is highly unrecommended to keep SBS and Regressed fluffies in the same area, ESPECIALLY around normal chirpy foals. Not only are their large sizes an endangerment to chirpy foals, SBS and Regressed fluffies also consume more food than a chirpy foal, starving chirpy foals as a result.

way better this way in my opinion. much less annoying. even if its incontinent, you can just keep it outside and hose it off every now and then. if you could replicate this process, you could probably turn it into a business, fixing people smarties.
