Here is the floor plan for the former luntrette soon to be fluffy day care, unless anything sticks out I’m missing let me know. it is 30x30 and all costs will be added in update when research can be on renovations costs etc.
as of now-
retiling, recarping, new wall paper, (just the basics before any fluffy /care products).
thinking 4-6 fluffies per day. would love any feed-back on this or the wider Ruth’s day Ranch Story.
(to be clear think og this is day one in a tycoon game, next to nothing and a loan to pay back)

In the big ‘Fluffy Area’ section, is there no segregation? All the fluffies are mixed together in a single room? That’s just a recipe for disaster from alicorn phobia, poopie hatred, bitch mares stealing pretty babbehs, general gangbangs from horny stallions on mares/fillies/babbehs, etc.
Aside from the one door into the Welcome Centre, is there no other barrier to stop fluffies escaping or wandering off?
At the very least, I’d expect segregated pens and a low wall forming a walkway along the back wall where the bathroom, office and storage area, with a separated path to the Welcome Centre, to prevent escapes, fluffies getting stepped on, etc.
The story also mentions some type of grooming service? That’d need separated area for the fluffies, not least sound proofing for the inevitable screeching of “Wawa am bad fo’ fluffy”, setting off the rest of the fluffies.
As for the rest of the story, there’s not much to go on yet, sorry. It’s still very much in the set up phases and the protagonist hasn’t done anything spectacularly stupid, but old fashioned boomer dad isn’t helping matters.

Thank you for the feedback, You make alot of great points and while I personally would have also gated off the sections if it were me irl but these are all things Ruth will have to deal with and learn the hard way

Ah fair enough. Ruth did seem to over estimating her competence a bit in an effort to prove her father wrong, but I wanted to wait to see what she actually does before coming to any conclusions.
