Yes the fact it’s dr.marbas foal they believe he has been genetically enhanced to be far superior to any average foal. therefore they can stud him out and breed foals just like him but not to their knowledge he hasn’t done so due to samaels wishes samael wants him to have as close to a normal childhood as possible and in the syndicate even though at the time he isn’t well know as a criminal mastermind with psychological problems as far as they know he is a very accomplished doctor that studies with genitcs and isn’t much of a hostile threat as they will soon learn he is far from harmless.

Lmao the doctor is very good at hiding his true nature and anything that mentions him and he knows how to make people believe what he wants. In public yea the only thing he can’t fix is his off putting smile but on the surface he is a top citizen that nobody will ever question and the few who do know will never speak against him out of fear. but underneath well you already know about that.
