Shark and Scotty used to be pit fighters and are adopted brothers as Shark was assigned to help the little cannibal grow out of being meek and shy. After the fighting ring was shut down they managed to get rescued together by a man named Warren Faust who runs a very small breeding operation. Scotty is just a pet as he was forced to breed with unwilling mares.
Both are very reserved and quiet, Scotty still being the meeker and more conflict averse one while Shark can get quite aggressive very fast. Especially when it comes to those who are weaker. Scotty prefers to wear muzzles around regular fluffies as he feels unsafe without it.
Cherry is from a blood line bred to have the markings of a Hampshire pig. She’s Shark’s special friend and they have had two litters so far. She’s very sweet, caring, and smart. Shark’s issues are very foreign to her but she does her best to make him happier and soothe him.
Why is it that your fluffies look like actual normal noble creatures instead of fluffies? A good fluffy is a fat stumpy retarded shitfactory. These are straight up just MLP OCs.
Swift’s original artstyle was one of the semi-realistic type styles which I really liked. He seems to have simplified his style quite a bit (though I still like it as it is now too, apart from the way he draws crotchtits; they look a bit too much like human tits).
Semi-realism is fine, but the long legs, dignified appearance/expressions, etc… it’s just too reminiscent of an MLP character to be a good fluffy. And don’t get me started on the fact that Swift is obviously trying to make these characters cool/edgy/deep by adding scars, missing limbs, scowling expressions, etc. Those on their own are not indicative of a bad fluffy but it’s patently obvious when they’re only there for the express purpose of making a fluffy “badass,” and a fluffy should never be badass.
Yeah, my style was still growing and changing quite a bit when I first joined and I’ve been putting in effort to grow and improve wherever I can ^^ I was 17 when I first started posting and didn’t really know where to go or what to do with my art but my time here helped with finding that direction
