Yes all the other sea fluffies I seen, I just couldn’t really understand. I figured manatees work best with my style at how I draw fluffies and it just kind of came out very well

Thank you, I wanted to give them some kind of distinction at first. I was originally going to have them just be bald, but then I had an idea where they had mermaid like hair but then the undersea things came to mind. Granted I’m still thinking that they might still naturally be bald and they just decorate their heads.
