Jade woke up from her den. Her small wings fluttered as she stretched the sleepy feeling from her body. Jade was a Pegasus, and a very pretty one at that. She had a piebald patterned coat, Green with Dark Green Spots. Her mane was also Dark Green, along with her long fluffy tail.
Jade used to be an inside-fluffy, but when she found out what her Mommy and Daddy did to her siblings, she ran away at the first chance she took. She still has nightmares about what she saw, her brother’s limbs being ripped off, her Sister’s horn being removed and shoved into her poopie-place…’
Jade wanted to forget her old-Mommy and Daddy…
Jade was lucky and quite clever, she knew to avoid most hoomins and other ferals, she knew to save up some food during the cold times. And she knew to NEVER go near Smarty Fluffies. If their was one thing Jade’s old owners could take pride in, she was raised to love all Fluffies, and to avoid Smarty Fluffies.
On one of her usual walks thru the forest, she notice a strange smell, one that confused her, as she was one of the few Fluffies to venture out this far into the part of the forest. Investigating the smell, Jade happened upon another Fluffy. She was an Earthie and had a Shiny Silver coat, with a short teal mane and tail. As Jade watched her she noticed her straining, like she was making poopies.
After a few moments she heard the Mare yell, something about ‘Bad Babbehs’ and she left running as fast as a mare who just given birth could. As Jade watched her leave she grew confused, ‘Why would a mare leave her babies?’ Jade asked herself.
As Jade approached she heard the somewhat familiar noise of chirping. “Speep! Speep! Speep-speep!” The cries rang out as she got closer. Jade finally reached the noises and was utterly shocked!
There, sitting before Jade, was three babbehs! As she looked them over she squee’d with joy! Babbehs were the best thing ever! She saw babbehs before on FluffTV, they were the cutest things ever!
As she looked over them she noticed they were all peeping hungrily, still covered in amniotic fluid. Jade didn’t enjoy it at all, but she cleaned the foals off, albeit slowly, and set them back down. Jade looked at her own teats and realized they were too small, and these babbehs needed miwkies, fast!
Jade placed the foals on her back and steadily dashed back to her den. Once there, Jade set the babbehs down and began to eat some of her stockpile, it would be a while till the cold of winter hit Jade and her den, so she wasn’t worried.
After downing some berries and a small pouch of school brand bagged milk, she felt her teats swell a bit, not enough to sit around and feed the babbehs, but enough to get them thru a few hours.
Jade picked up the first foal, doing a mental check list to remember it. It was a Pegasus, it had a Green coat like Jade, and a Magenta mane and tail. She also noticed the ‘Bad Smell’ on it when she cleaned it off the first time. A Runt.
Jade placed the runt on one of her teats and took up another foal, doing the same check she did for the first babbehs. One: It was a Unicorn, It had a Grey Coat and a Hot Pink mane. Jade noted that the Unicorn was a very plump foal already, so she wouldn’t have to feed as much. Removing the Green Pegasus from her teat, and setting it down on her nest, she then placed the Grey Unicorn on her half full teat.
Finally was the third. Jade looked it over and was surprised! One: It was a Alicorn! A wingie-pointie babbeh! It had a Lavender coat and a Pink mane and tail. As Jade held it the Babbeh thrashed around a bit, only to stop when placed on Jade’s full open teat. ‘What a silly little babbehs!’ Jade thought as she gave huggies to the Green Pegasus.
Once the foals were fully fed, they all peep happily as Jade set the last babbeh down. As she looked at them she wondered, ‘why would a Mummah get rid of these beautiful babbehs?’
Finally full, Jade gave her three beautiful babbehs huggies before finally putting them to sleep in her nest. Jade left her den while the babbehs were full and sleepy, these babbehs needed miwkies to grow big and strong!
And by Sky-Daddeh Jade was going to make sure they got those miwkies!
