The last one is closest. You may want to try increasing the dark values.
If you’re feeling bold, you can always ink over the pencil work with a pen and erase the pencil work.
if you want to play it safe, use tracing paper and a black pen on that instead. That will give you bolder, darker lines when you do adjustments.
Additionally you may want to look into a free image editing program like Krita for any mistakes you make while inking.

You could lightly erase the pencil markings and then darken them with a pen or marker and then scan it afterwards
