I think diapers could be a punishment/teaching tool for fluffies, kinda restrict their movement a bit, id imagine it would feel awkward to walk and play for the young ones, and would make older floofs feel a bit ashamed in being treated like babies

i like diapers being used as a soft punishment for mostly good foals/fluffies

It also absolutely destroys all social life this foal might have in a daycare, because everyone will laugh at him for not being able to use a litter box. If his diaper is full, no one will even come close to him because of the smell. It will leave him sad, stinky and alone
