This is what I honestly believe is the best way to deal with favoritist mothers: just paint the bestest babbeh an unfavorable color, and the other foals will receive better treatment by assimilation.

Or if the mare is suffering from the bitch mare syndrome it might end up going crazy and stomp all the babies and pestering her owner for a new batch of babies.

Dye its fluff? That costs money. I would remove the fluff entirely. A naked fluff has few smarty symptoms, a flayed fluff…none
