The Vietnamese place in my town uses shrimp in theirs, obviously I don’t know how traditional those are but everything else lines up, especially the peanut sauce. That stuff is delicious!
Ahem I mean yess fluffy suffering. Maybe steam the foals briefly to ensure they’re cooked and safe to consume?
