I think the fluffy on the bottom is about 5 days old, the fluffy on the right is about 9 days old, and the fluffy on the left is about 2.5 weeks old

Are they… cute? I don’t understand the mares’ fervor for having them, but I would honestly flush them down the toilet.
(This isn’t a criticism, I love your drawings, I’m just a bit sadistic when it comes to foals. So many stories begin with mares’ obsession with having them that it’s fun to think about how much they suffered for them, flushing them down the toilet.)

Thank you!! The younger foals are a bit hard to draw, and I’m still not satisfied with how I drew the one with all its fur still coming in, but definitely super proud of the youngest and oldest ones (the tiny horn is so cute to me)

I’ll see what I can do! I’ll have to look at newborn birds to see how wings look when a creature is fresh out of the womb, it’ll be an interesting artistic challenge!

I feel like the newborn foals spend a lot of time cuddled up to their mothers, fathers, or older siblings so they don’t get cold. And a babbeh in a sweater is the cutest idea everrrrr I gotta try and draw that

I like the idea of the newborn actually looking like a naked, mutant pig lol. It makes sense, seeing as a lot of animals are born without fur. These are all great!
