Are there any stories with actual MLP characters interacting with fluffies. I remember one story where Twilight Sparkle tried defend the fluffy but they ruined it by shitting on Princess Celestia. Does anyone have that story or anything similar?

As for your current question Fluffies are honestly so far removed from MLP they are ponies in name only.
Most of the most overt MLP content is fairly old in so far I know.
And mostly from the early days of fluffydom.
