Tracking devices are a must given abusers.
Pretty sure you can make some gun rights legal argument in most states to blow away folks who claim they don’t have them when the tracker shows them as there.
After all the dude who was told not to intervene by the cops and wound up shooting his neighbors as well as the guy robbing their house got a parade. You just gotta have your lawyer make it about the guns and not the Fluffy.
