Hmmm,I’ve always wondered what fluffies might taste like. Do they taste like beef? Chicken? Turkey? Pork? Cause seeing him get pumped full of mashed potatoes makes me wanna go for some chicken and potatoes myself haha
I personally like to think they’re some weird combination of pork and horse (which tastes kind of like beef with some venison mixed in) while being rather gamey.
I like to think they taste like something tender like chicken,but also a bit like pork.
a little bit chewy,goes well with something soft like mashed potato.

And when and how did you took the bones out?
that cut opened part does not contain ribs,so you can’t see them ,only spine are visible here
but the spine is covered by the sauce in the picture
their bones are fragile and weak,it’s crunchy like cookies after being cooked,so don’t need to take them out
