If she persist after the tongue is cut then shove a cattle prod up her ass (preferably set low enough to not kill her since she has a use for now)
When the bitch mare eventually runs dry cut off her legs, remove her teeth, force her mouth open with a ring gag and introduce the stud population of the breeding facility to their new three hole enfi pall.
