Did my best to get at least this portion under the wire for theme week. We see an artist’s rendition of Marco flying in his owner’s experimental fluffy piloted airship (Mk.2). The last part will conclude with story portions and additional sketches from the newspaper covering the test.
Awesome and love how you design the ship adding the steampunk vibe to it , and nice coloring too.

Thanks. I wanted to push my boundaries for this series and I think it’s going well. I’ve taken a lot of design inspiration from Ghibli (of course) and PS1 titles like FF9 (the best) and Legend of Mana (also the best).

Much thanks. The choice I made behind that is the aged paper look is aesthetically pleasing to me. Since we’re dealing with an late 1800’s look I thought it was fitting.
