that’s a pretty big fear of mine, but with meteors not nukes. I was really into dinosaurs as a kid and the idea of a meteor killing them all made me think we would get hit by one; I had a really vivid dream in kindergarden about trying to hide from one as it came into orbit and feeling genuinely hopeless.

Actually a huge fan of the added references since I’m falling out of touch with meme culture as time progresses, and my geography isn’t so good that I can recognize Cleveland from a picture, so thanks for that!

There is nothing you can do
Running away would raise their odds of survival above 0%. Even a little chance is still a chance!
The beauty of the system is that if they end up running into more trouble, they can run away from that too.
Dead is only for once, but running away is forever!
