Who knew fictional drawings of miniature horse things can show the psyche twisted ideas

Its part of the reason I find them fascinating. The other part being that they can be so gosh darn cute.

You and I clearly have different ideas and thoughts

Diversity is good! Imagine how boring it would get if we all thought exactly the same.

I dunno, ghosts don’t necessarily play by mortal rules as an incorporeal version of their mortal self that needs to save energy to manifest for short periods.

Fluffies in mortal forms are basically just a mix of different animals, guided by some kind of organic computer programming. In some mythologies once freed from the limitations of flesh, either as a living spirit or a ghost, the limits of biology are gone as well and their intelligence and communication is no longer standardized. A Fluffy ghost would become like any other kind of nonhuman spirit.

Plus you have modern tabletop game ideas (which I think are inspired partially by eastern European and partly by south African, the two myth centers where basically everything magic wants to hurt you) where weaker ghosts coalesce into giant spirits that are extremely dangerous. Plus you have Japan with the Mekurabe, basically all the victims you have caused in life that wait for you to be dying and push you over into death via terror so they can participate in your punishment (inspired by the fever-induced hallucinations suffered by Taira no Kiyomori during his slow death, the guy who basically created the samurai dominance in Japan and the Shogunate system from the 1200’s-1800’s).

Fluffies are artificial, but of the world. Just like converting the ooze from dead dinosaurs into plastic creates a thing that just kind of lingers around in the environment, I imagine Fluffy spirits become a toxic stain that exorcists and mediums can’t really do anything with except shove it around where they’re less dangerous.

The ghosts from the 3d Castlevania games come to mind. Desecrated burials leading to ghosts pooling into floating demon fetuses, and slaughtered animals becoming a powerful floating skull that aggravates other undead and saps the life around it.

They’ve done studies of morality in video games and the effects on psychology.

People committing violent game acts will exhibit lower stress levels sometimes and find it easier to discuss morality and philosophy, but display guilt behavior like excessive hand washing, muttering, and avoiding eye contact. Basically they go Lady MacBeth.

The key is why they commit the violence, and the context. When the game forced them to be a villain they showed higher levels of stress despite saying it was fun, compared to giving them the choice and letting them choose violence. Likewise, giving them justifications played it even further.

They found bloodless cartoony violence like Mario but in immoral ways, like having enemies flee from you, was worse than ultraviolence like Doom against clearly evil foes who attack you first.

They also found that people exposed to extreme but justified violence reported far less aggression in their lives.

If you’ve seen the movie THX-1138 George Lucas kind of tapped into that, when it was just a theory about how Rome stated stable via the Colosseum. The protagonist activates a masturbator while watching porn, then switches to watching a man being beaten by a police officer, then a religious speech, then goes to bed. All three keep him obedient to society and free of any aggression. Later when he meets the man being beaten in real life and finds out he was just an actor who did nothing wrong and was totally safe and fine after the fake beating, he loses his inhibition about being violent against the police robots.

Its kind of why I figure actual take-home Abusers would be rare and frowned on socially the way people with deviant or abnormal behaviors are, but people messing with them nonlethally would be common and folks streaming their torture sessions would make “I stick needles through my testes while taking it via strap-on from a dominatrix in a fursuit” money.

Don’t ask her, hit her with the shovel.

Sweet baby cheesus… Love this ending for a mummah, unable to see her foals, knowing fgull well that the ugly ones got killed and once she is useless? off to off her in the backyard! I love it when a mummah still whails, begs and pleas for her babies.
