Underlining text would be pretty cool.
Yeah i think Hasbio is a bit too on the nose.
It should be fluffy something
Fluffy-community seems the best way to go.
Fluffhub
Fluffpile/space and F-C work best, yeah. Having the backend set up so the site doesn’t pop up on google as a direct result and is found by the subreddit / redirects is about the only change I can think of.
I personally would rather find it as a direct google result.
And I’d prefer it as slightly more of a barrier between people who post here and those outside the community, from a standpoint of privacy and less dickheads.
I can’t get through barriers, except maybe Reddit but that’s a big “maybe”. And if someone wants to be a dickhead, nothing short of an outright ban will stop them.
That’s on you dude. As somebody who actually draws the shit, not having shit pop up on goog straight up is what I, and probably a few other people who draw fluffies, would prefer.
I think updating the tags and sorting (maybe add a filter function?) would be cool.
Hyphen is best but I also like fluffy.space. Anything’s fine though. :>
Thanks for addressing the concerns, I’ll see what I can do and fetch some more opinions on it. Editing the robots.txt file should be easy enough if my server provider allows me access to it.
I think hasbio could cause some problems since it’s similar to hasbro
Fluffpile looks great
I’m scared guys. Tell me everything is going to be alright. Also, go for whatever name is absolute cheapest, who cares. fluffy-community is fine.
Well you can hold this fluffy plushie if it makes you feel better.
Hasbio could also be mixed up with Hasbro and land people we really don’t want here since they’re so close in spellings
Edit: seems me and Turbine have the same thought process lmao
Exactly
Actual MLP fans, kids or Hasbro themselves.
Doubt Hasbro be thrilled about that
Best thing to do is not skirt the edge too much and stick with fluffy-something.
I’m an actual MLP fan myself. Doesn’t mean I like fluffies any less. But I get your point.
Yeah, having the name be hasbio would only cause issues.
Can you imagine being a mom, trying to look up a catalog of toys for your kid, forget the exact name of the company. So you look up “Hasbio.com” you’d maybe expect it to autocorrect.
Then wind up here. Like you click the link, and the first thing you see is enfie baby or anthro torture porn?
