Imo, he should get abused to the brink of death, then get his life artificially extended so he lives as long as possible and gets tortured every second by a machine (or whatever other thing) and gets injected with something that’ll make his pain receptors go crazy on top of the torture. He also gets fed poop and piss for the rest of his life. THEN after his body dies, his brain gets preserved with him still alive, and gets injected with something that will make him feel pain 24/7 until his brain dies too
