Not necessarily. She and her foals may survive the birth. There are real instances of little girls giving birth, so it’s possible.
But even then, she obviously cannot take care of them properly, so they are probably screwed.

It’s down-up way but I still like how the further the story goes the most detailed and polished the drawings look.
Also I’d like to see the outcome, if she’ll survive or get the kabaloo’s end.
