It should. As long as the liquid isn’t too viscous, you should be good to go.
Oooh, hydrogen peroxide would be fun. At minimum, fluffy would come out bleached.

If your urine is viscous, torturing a fluffy should be lower on your to-do list than a tall glass of water, followed by a trip to a doctor.

Amazing!! I love when a ton of thought is put into these devices, it’s fascinating to see what people come up with. I used to read those illustrated “how does this work” books as a kid and this hits that spot just right.
