My family occasionally raises chickens for our consumption, sometimes I get attached to one… But, oh God, what is not in vain in the life of man?
Goooood damn. The trauma is real.
Someone give that boy a hug and a fluffy he can actually get attached to and keep so he doesn’t keep playing with the consumption ones
I think it’s something you hear a lot about in families who come from farms. My mother told me about when she had a chicken. Her maternal grandmother came and made it into soup while my mother was at school.

And feel ya, been through that situation, worst of all.
The asshole of my grandpa (bless his soul) told me it was my pet chicken right while I was eating chicken stew. But gotta admit … It was tasty as fuck even I was crying my eyes out.
Gorgeous! Glad to see you posting again!
When i was little I had a duck, she was my duck, nothing could touch it.
Then one day my grandma made an “oven incident” with my duck.
My duck was dead, I cried yes, but then i asked for the liver.
Thank you very much!
And yes, I think it is an experience that many of us had to live through and it was difficult to accept at the time, but we still continue eating it hahaha.
I see we have a common factor… Grandparents!
That kid’s going to need a lot of therapy.
Reminds me of a movie I once saw. A young boy had rabbits as pets, but once they were big enough, his parents slaughtered and cooked them
Your art is always very haunting, and I appreciate it.
He will learn in time, eventually he will understand the need to prevent the spread of fluffies
The trauma is that they used the wrong marinade.
