+2 ac has one charge to slice the fluffy and alert all enemies towards your position within 1/4 mile
recharges once per day assuming you didn’t take 10 damage then this becomes a normal shield

Has a passive effect of aggroing every enemy abuser on the wielder.
i would say buff all abusers but agro hugboxers
Ok, distract enemy abusers and enrage hugboxers while buffing ally abusers and distracting ally hugboxers. Just a usual shield against everyone else.

While the affixed fluffy is still alive and the shield is used to deflect a hit the resulting skreee of pain attracts toughies that want to help the wailing shield.
thee toughies are difficult terrain and let creatures trip
