Oh actually they have a bit of lore! I talked w their irl “owner” and he helped me come up with:
Bat and Joke are a mated pair and are about 5~6 years old, their whole lives they’ve been raised by a massive Batman fan. They have a box-fort Gotham, access to all the cartoons, costumes, props, and whatever else their little fluffy hearts could wish for.
