another creature mix up, when i was coming up with their design i was thinking turtle hybreed but that felt too easy.
Splinter of course is a smarty friend alicorn? 
i was thinking more of a normal fluffy but the mutation just made him super smart.

The fact they’re all smiling gives this a bit of an uncanny valley vibe. At least one of them has to be the serious/angry guy, come on fluffs you can’t all have the Mikey role!
As for Splinter, may I suggest: Actual rat who nobody understands but the fluffies interpret as always being wise. Alternately, me. I’ll do it.
The artist often has their mouths stitched shut into a permanent smile so I think it’s just something that carried over from that
not really. . . i just did smiles, cause i didn’t think to do different expression for them.
