I like this idea for the most part, but if they’re alicorns, why is it called True Pegasus Mutation? Shouldn’t that imply that it can occur without horns being present too?
That might be a issue if you get the fluffys to actually fly then your gonna get flocks of smarty’s giving sorry poopies to people then everyone’s gonna have to start shooting them all down or set traps
