Can still lose tail, headfluffy/mane, the rest of the fluff, eyes, teeth, nose, ears, tongue, any semblance of bowel control (not that they look like they have much already), then you could start working your way through bones and internal organs, like they only really need one kidney, one lung, do they really need all of their stomach (getting it stapled might help them lose weight), how about all of their intestines? do they really need a spine of pelvis if they are a pillow.
