In the mid to late 21st century, the Techno-optimist “Universal Human Aristocracy” movement promised that the surplus of fluffies could be harnessed and used to see to every human need. Of course, if you somehow were to offend whoever controlled the fluffies you would be cut off. This billboard depicted the idea that even the bottom rungs of human society could have their every whim seen to by modified, servile cartoon horsepigs.
This was a lie in so many ways.

fluffies can serve as a metaphor both for the underclasses themselves in addition to a metaphor for billionaire attempts to replace them. They can wear many hats.
