Ah, I thought since they could see the stand that made them a stand user and this was just a backfire where the stand killed its user. xD
afterall we don’t see if the bottle/puddle are still there after the fluffy in question drowns. Granted if it was a third party they could have disappeared it after etc.
This seems like a fluffy Ripple user, from Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency as opposed to the seasons where the Stands were introduced.
