BFM101 has some good ones, I’m a big fan of his. If I had to pick one, Before The Storm is really good. Doesn’t start with ferals, but mostly deals with them. It’s unfinished, but pretty long in its current state! Josef and the Awful Technicolor Smarty Herd is another one of my favorites.
Maroon by Nasir6r is also super good, long, and finished! Theres a prequel and some side stories too I believe.
The Brew Series by Harbinger involves a herd with strong cultures and customs, something I havent seen much here before, similar to Where The Poopie Babbehs Go.

A good question might be what kind of story do you want to write? Read that style and adjacent so you have a little range with it too.

I’ve got two stories in multiple part. July Babies is about ferals whereas Neighborhood Fluffs is more about strays.
