What do the trust levels mean? Does it go regular to member, what are the levels above or below that?

New user, Basic user, Regular, and Leader.
Each increase in trust allows more functionality on the website, up to and including the editing of other members’ posts. (we are able to see who made such edits, so don’t think you can go wild with this and avoid getting caught)

Generally it’s based on time spent on the site, likes given, and replies made. It’s an automated procession built into Discourse.
Leader level is manually assigned by the staff.
@jimmyhopkins We are looking at badges that would be appropriate for our commmunity.
