What if FluffTV didnt exist?

We all know FluffTV is an important part of Fluffy ownership due to its entertaining and educational programming.

But what if it was never created? Would Fluffies be dumber without the education it offers? Would more fluffies be abandoned due to the constant attention required with raising one?

What would you put on to entertain your fluffy if you had one? Me personally, id have old GMOD ragdoll animations playing for em.

There would be tapes and DVD’s of all the typical fluffy-level “Don’t shit on the floor and be nice” lessons.

Youtube and PBS are options.

There’d probably be a more hands-on approach, more owners teaching Fluffies themselves rather than relying on a screen. Which ironically would probably lead to less issues regarding poor training and marketing bullshit.

There could also be an opening for Fluffy Schools in order to socialise and learn, sort of like Fluffy Daycares that exist in-canon now but with a more educational focus. Granted trying to keep a group of Fluffy kids on-topic might prove difficult but caning them like a 1960s English teacher should do the trick.

Hold on I gotta write this down.

Fewer fluffies would demand babies, that’s for sure.

I think it depends on your headcanon for fluff tv and what they play and how it affects fluffies. I headcanon flufftv as just a way for hasbio to advertise their products to fluffies to get them to beg their owners for them. Because of that a lot of lessons dont really stick. An example could be an episode on the importance of litterbox use playing but the ep is mostly focused on all the good things a fluffy can have in a safe room. The fluffies end up more focused on the things they can have rather than the lesson itself.

So with my headcanon if flufftv didnt exist i can see the raye of fluffies begging for stuff and being annoyinn going down, especially mares asking for babies since flufftv isnt there to suddenly run a marathon on why babies are so nice. I can see a lot of owners turning to educational shows for kids for their fluff like Dora because theyre less likely to spook their fluff and teach valuable lessons theyll actually pay attention to.

If i had a fluff id do the same, showing them Elmo or other animated series like the Owl house or Steven universe

Fluffies would either love Gravity Falls, or be terrified and screaming.

Well, As an abuser I would find a website that makes psychological head fucks for fluffys, something that imitates good wholesome fun like a kids TV show but you only notice things are wrong after a few times watching it, give them a sense of unease and growing terror.

Or just play abuse videos from fluffydoom.com or ihatefluffies.ru to the ones I planned on beating when I got home, Really drive that do not shit on the floor message home.

Imagine locking a fluffy in their safe room with a computer monitor and you put poochie and pansy on for them.

Good lord i can already imagine the reactions lmao.

Oh? You watched it? I admittedly couldn’t get through it myself.

Well 80% of the conflict about young Fluffies unexpectedly wanting to be mother’s would be nonexistent…

Although I’d probably be putting Steven Universe and Bluey marathon

I would imagine FluffTV would just be replaced with something else. Streaming services for fluffies make sense, especially since they would probably be able to operate touchscreens. Any industry like fluffy-centric media would probably have its usual range of quality from something like PBS kids programming down to AI or code-monkey-shop produced dreck like you see on youtube.

Unfortunately it would probably be a big ratio of quality, and given we’re talking about fluffies they probably would also get advertised to ad nauseam. Plus can you imagine the potential for trolling that something like FluffTube would have? 3 minutes of Arthur re-runs from the 90s and smash cut to hardcore fluffy torture vids, instant trauma for any fluffies viewing.
