Marine variant of terrestrial cannibal fluffies! I figure with how many fun and different designs of waterfluffies I’ve seen, having so many different potential designs would be fun to make for the cannibals too!

You know what would be funny, if like the Kelpie, their fluff was like a sticky adhesive and when a fluffy hugs thrm they drag thrm to the water to droen thrm before feeding on them.
