Well yeah. She is a pretty fluffy and therefore is a good, wonderful fluffy and cannot be wrong about anything. Also probably forgot the babies had died at all a few seconds after mourning them ( briefly being reminded by Goat Goddess before going back to factory reset ).
Wait, if the middle bestest baby is our long-deserved-suffering Bestest, does that mean he is now in the body of a youngling eldrich abomination? Would that improve his stinky disposition or will the Goat have to devour one of her young?

Nope, its just an illusion, blue bestesh is already dead.
The trio younglings are just coincidence to be there.
The Black Goat used them on the illusion thats why they are confuse why the prey inviting them 
and accepted the invitation.

Yeah now that I know they’re not the reincarnated fluffy babbehs, the lil guys are great. So cute when they look so puzzled ‘Mom told us dinner is ready, and its sitting there with its stupid arms out and asking us to devour it. That’s… new? You seeing this Kazzak?’ ‘Yeah, weird.
