Hes a bowl fluff hence the tummy color change, mainly used as a audible warning to the lifeguard as well as a potential buoyency aid (Which would probably kill him i very much doubt a fluff is gonna hold the weight of a child never mind adult but hey ho

Reminds me of that RQ comic where the kid grabs onto a fluffy for floatation and accidentally drowns it. Though this is a really interesting idea, to have a bowl fluffy as a helper for lifeguards. Might do something with this concept if that’s okay with you.
