The hardest part about training Fluffies to do small electrical work isn’t the actual mechanical part of it. It’s giving them the correct amount of small electric shocks over and over until they’ve built up an immunity.

Not really Sera make sure he wont get too shock on dangerous ones.
I would have thought that with all that fluff, fluffies would be walking static electricity generators, so a grounding strap would be compulsory.
The fact that with a metallic collar and wire, you can effectively chain them to their workstation like a galley slave, is just a bonus.
