Two fold:
- Taping the genitals could disrupt urination => UTIs or other problems => death of adults
- But mainly, no special huggies may cause non-taped fluffies to seek out other mates that can give them babbehs. If the tits are taped, then they never catch on as to why their foals keep starving to death, so a single mating pair can get caught up in a loop of expending resources and time so they end up dying without ever contributing to the overall fluffy population.
I would really love this spinoff of The Office.
