Based on the tags, a fluffy being sold at a pet store. Seems to be an adult version of a similar theme shown before in Pink Pet Foal.
This post left vacant as it is pending further information, whether it is from a retrievable archive or from the artist himself.
Hopefully this is the sort of well-staffed fluffy shop that can afford the employee hours to clean the cages regularly with time for a stiff punch in the nose for whiners.
