Well the jail argument is narrative argument. I actually don’t know why Booperino chose this route after asking for “non-lethal legal ideas”, but what’s done is done. I don’t know how me playing prosecutor in this question turned @littenstinymittens to the usual “uuuu abusers don’t like when like-minded people get mutilated on screan, they are so pathetic”, but I think it is already ended, so whatever

I’m not sure why you so insistent that abuse and hugbox are opposed. The greatest of the fluffy artists did both abuse and hugbox–I seem to recall that even Mwike, King of the abusers, did hugbox once or twice. Certainly Ginger_fig did, though I’ve always classed GF as sadbox. And Mutagen invented Ringmaster, yet he isn’t really an abuse artist these days.
I daresay most of the fanbase likes both abuse and hugbox. Only a small, but vocal, cadre of abuse fans insist that people have to choose one or the other–because they are trolls who want to drive the hugboxers out of the fandom, either not realizing or more likely not caring that losing hugbox would kill the fandom.
Speaking frankly, you are one of the only people on this site who constantly talks about some sort of imagined rivalry between abuse fans and hugboxers. The rest of us either like both or we use the tags to avoid art that isn’t to our taste.

That comes across really clearly. I also appreciated how his facial expressions reflected his growing horror as the situation spun out of control.
He realizes now that he almost got the guy killed–I think he’ll be far more careful in the future.
Why someone would want to effectively kill off such an interesting character by having them thrown in prison for twenty years is a mystery to me. Though I suppose it worked for Edmund Dantes.

your point crushes at the fact that booperino himself claims to be a hugboxer. and so does a shit ton of other creaters, who are interested mostly in one box, like SuperWeaner , Oculusfluffy , Reddit-Word_H83r, ProfessorOlive, littenstinymittens, OtherCoraline and so on. are all of them trolls to you? the rivalry does exist. this whole community is built on the fact that hugboxers are stuck in a loop of countering the abuse, and vice versa. I tell you more. this comic up above is a direct product of it. and so does many others. as the old booru saying goes “if you think there are too much abuse, create hugbox”

I made the statement because I was once again reminded by the booru(though I see it on the reddit and here sometimes too) and how any time there’s a revenge story(few and far between) people absolutely lose their minds.
You say people are real…well yes, people do exist. But this person in this comic? He does not exist. It is a fictional person. Fictional People can have terrible things done to them with no repurcussions. There is a whole horror movie genre dedicated to torturing fictional people(and that’s done in live action). Just like fluffies, the guy in the comic is adrawing. He does not exist. He is fictional. He is fake.
