Nah worst fate would be using their heel (poopie place back slice of the loaf) to squish a spider and have it binned or made them eat it.
I was never a fan of bread fluffies but this post made me remember this meme so it’s alright in my book

from what I can gather they like being whole and being cut up for consumption causes distress to a breadfluffy or something
