A bear fluff having it’s fur painted in green, with some pole up his asshole, covered in decorations.
Added bonus, this saves a tree from being cut down, without the long-term waste of a fake tree. 10/10.

Better to use a unicorn since you can mount a chirpie pegasus foal as the angel by shoving its butt on the horn.
